STRIDES TO IMPROVE SERVICE DELIVERY
We kickstart this week with Winnie Madikizela Mandela Local Municipality Council currently being in a four-day Strategic Planning session.
The objectives of this session are as follows:
- To consider and reach a consensus on policy gaps that justify the revision of existing policies.
- To consider and agree on strategies to be recommended to Council for decision making.
- To agree on sharpened implementation policies, strategies and tools for improved municipal performance.
- To agree on improved communication strategies and action plan for well informed communities.
